Chickpea Food Poisoning

Chickpeas, like other nuts and legumes, could be the culprit of food poisoning. In 2017, crackers made from chickpeas were recalled due to contamination of Listeria. Listeria can be especially harmful to pregnant women, people over the age of 65, and those with weakened immune systems.

Had my usual besides swapping usuals out for chickpeas and steak. It hit me all at once, shaking and chills and then being on the toliet for 30+ minutes, mixed with blacking out and nausea and vomiting and the worst cramps known to mankind.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Shaking

started to feel different. I felt bloated and started to have painful gas. Hours later while at home I wake up with awful gas pain, and acid reflux which would later lead to puking out that disgusting dinner they gave me. I still feel weak, no appetite, fever and have diarrhea after 2 days. This is unacceptable especially coming from
