It is possible to get food poisoning from Chinese food. Chinese Restaurant Syndrome is a name previously used to describe symptoms related to MSG after consuming Chinese food. It is debatable whether MSG causes illness, but many high-risk ingredients are used in Chinese cooking such as rice, chicken, and seafood.

again and thought how great it would be to have Wing Bo again. NO! New ownership have ruined the place! The food was terrible! We were so disappointed and didn’t even finish it!

Luckily I didn’t touch the chicken dish because I have been up since 4am dealing with a toddler and my partner both with violent food poisoning! Not fun!

Im concerned that the monk fruit used as sweetener which is sourced 100% from China per the company, which may also have other added ingredients or harmful processing is causing neurological and other issues. I have a healthy diet and for the most part, am in excellent health. The only part of my diet thats out of the ordinary is Chinese monk fruit. We are already hearing researchers claiming that erithrytol is causing possible heart problems. Every time I stop eating monk fruit products, I seem to go back to normal.
