Went to chipotle 1/12/17 at 8pm. Order the chorizo bowl with white rice lettecue medium salsa. Ate around 8:20 I fell asleep afterwards I then awoke around 12 midnight with stomach pains that continued into 5:30 am. Stomach hurt so bad I could even go back to sleep  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had the chorizo burrito bowl eve of 1/6/17, woke up early next morning with nausea and then severe diarrhea and vomiting of the burrito bowl ingredients for several hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate only one meal yesterday. It was a Chipotle bowl with chorizo, sour cream and guacamole. Felt indigestion immediately afterwards. That built into bloating and pressure in the abdomen which I tried to manage wit antacids. Was vomiting 7 hours later. Wife had a few bites and she became sick too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Migraine, Indigestion
