Ate only one meal yesterday. It was a Chipotle bowl with chorizo, sour cream and guacamole. Felt indigestion immediately afterwards. That built into bloating and pressure in the abdomen which I tried to manage wit antacids. Was vomiting 7 hours later. Wife had a few bites and she became sick too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Migraine, Indigestion

Got a chorizo sandwich and peppermint mocha. About ten minutes after eating the sandwich I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, sweating, light headed. I threw up and then had diarrhea off and on for the next two hours. Don't know what was in that sandwich but I'm never eating one again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

12/9/16 730am large Breakfast burrito with egg,chorizo,taters,cheese sauce, and both salsas. Buddy got exactly the same thing in a small and ask for small portions. He had same simptoms, but I was dramatically worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
