I ate my chorizo burrito at 6pm and by at one AM I woke up with stomach aches and feeling sick. I spent the next 10 hours or so vomitting anything in my stomach and any liquid I tried to keep down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a chicken & chorizo bowl. I got home, ate the bowl and not even two hours later I was vommitting every last bit of the bowl. I was sweating & very naseous and dizzy. I am on my way to urgent care now, as I am still feeling ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating

Went to chipotle 1/12/17 at 8pm. Order the chorizo bowl with white rice lettecue medium salsa. Ate around 8:20 I fell asleep afterwards I then awoke around 12 midnight with stomach pains that continued into 5:30 am. Stomach hurt so bad I could even go back to sleep  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
