White Castle, I had gotten some late night food delivered to my house, was my only meal of the day. I had ate 2 veggie burgers & 2 filet-fish sliders. This was about 1-2 am. About 6 am come, and I am violently puking & sick to my stomach.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I dined at The Oceanaire on Friday evening. I had filet mignon, shrimp, asparagus, lobster Mac and cheese, And sweet potato soufflé. A few hours later, I began feeling ill and threw up multiple times. This continued for over 24 hours with constant vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea.… See more

Ate a filet -o-fish combo at 12:15 pm March 6 and started feeling nauseous about an hour after I ate. Had multiple episodes of diarrhea, nausea, chills and fever. 24 hours later still only able to sip liquids, no solid food. Dr says food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
