Landed at SF airport and got in n out burger at the closest spot the airport in Millbrae. I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. Approx 1 hour later experienced food poisoning symptoms nausea, diarrhea, chills, stomach pain/cramping. August 28th, 2023 1pm, we ordered: mama burger, uncle burger, buddy burger, chicken burger, poutine, regular fries, root beer and sweet cream frozen lemonade. Consumed by 3 people.
