night - VIOLENT explosions abundant (sorry). I am a Diabetic, and this complete dehydration (which I did attempt to prevent through Hyrdralyte and Gatorade) led to Ketones, an acidic buildup in the blood potentially fatal to Diabetics. Hospital stay for 4 hours to rehydrate and get Ketone levels back within range

It is now friday and have just been to the doctor - am now on antibiotics.
Safe to say I ah, will not be eating here again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Dehydration, Bloating, Gas

(at the same time), nausea, sharp gut pains. Followed by dizziness and chills all night. Was in bed most of Monday with the same symptoms. Today is Tuesday and I am able to finally hold down some solid food (Apple Sauce, Banana, Rice). Prior to that was only able to do Gatorade to stay hydrated and sometimes that did not even stay down. I still have gastrointestinal issues going on but improving.

12 hours later, I've only eaten a banana and had tea and Gatorade. Have no desire to eat at all. Don't know what work will be like tomorrow or if I'll even go in.

I stayed home from work today because I still am having issues with moving beyond bananas, toast and applesauce and felt too weak to deal with snow, which we got today. I'm going to try plain chicken tenders later. If it's still off tomorrow, I'll seek medical help.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

my wife to bring me Tidos alcohol ( I only reccomend top shelf liquors), or you can get your self more sick. Seems like it helped a little, but it was not an instant cure, maybe a half hour later constant bathroom rounds of dry heaving of the feeling of vomit,( and only vomit up a half of the progresso soup, I wish it were more). I had a sleepless night, by morning (Thursday) I felt so sick still, and, this is when cramps kicked in. I was feeling very dehydrated and picked up two bottles of Gatorade and two ginger pills (I have zero appetite). I am on day 3, lots of highs and lows with very little energy. Only been eating rice, ritzs crackers, tea, Gatorade, and coconut water. My digestion feels weird, almost like a bubble in my digestive track, Pedialyte seemed to help a little tonight. Feeling very lethargic. I think I would be deadly sick if not for the vodka, which I am not suppose to have because of my fatty liver but this was an emergency
