I ordered a pizza from papa John's with grilled chicken, jalapenos, and olives in the morning and ate it and was studying for my exam and got an urge to vomit. So I threw up all the pizza I had and then I had to call off for work because I feel very sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered a grilled chicken club salad last night, I ate it as soon as I got home. This was around 9pm. I woke up around midnight throwing up violently and had a severe case of diarrhea.
