I got the hot dog triple feature with mayo and shredded cheese. A few hours after getting home I started vomiting, and it lasted all night. All the next day I had a fever. Had a sample of the "chicken patty" and also sample of sausage and mini hot dog. Both of my kids had samples as well. After eating the chicken my stomach began cramping terrribly.
