Tuesday evening, Not sure but we both had mushrooms Myself & my sister collapsed a few hours after eating a mushroom pizza. We vomited excessively, Nausea, dizziness & were very unwell for several days. My sister has made a full recovery however I am still unwell  | Symptoms: Nausea, Dizziness, Vomiting

4 hours after eating Mushroom pizza I felt dizzy and thirsty at work. On way home I drank a bit of water before leaving. 5 minutes later had to stop on the side of the road to vomit. 20 minutes later at home again.
