My wife and I stopped after a long drive she got a Butter pecan iced coffee and I got a bottled water she is now cold sweating and chills diarrhea bad .
And this was just about 3 or 4 hours ago.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating

Are Wendys Apple pecan chicken salad. The last bite had a faint taste of dead fish. Later ended up with nausea and diarrhea. I remember 2 years ago eating a Wendys chicken salad and getting severe vomiting and diarrhea. Never again. I learned my lesson this time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
