I went to Taco Bell on Garfield road in Clinton Township, MI during break today at 11:30 am Got Mexican pizza and by 3 pm I started feeling like I had to throw up and use the bathroom. I've been having diarrhea since and have thrown up. Taco Bell was the only thing I had eaten all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate pizza and ranch at 8:15 pm on Tuesday, was experiencing unsettling feeling in stomach around 10:30 pm, got dizzy and passed out on the ground feeling very hot at 11 pm.
