My boyfriend and I ordered a supreme pizza around 6 pm and both had 2 slices. About 4 hours later, I started feeling sick with gas, nausea, sharp pains. Husband and I became violently ill after eating a slice each of turkey, mushroom pizza from the hot bar at wholefoods.
