Eating a pizza with a chunk of hair inside of it I was home alone and hungry then I decided to order a Pizza online. It was delivered and I started eating when I bit into a chunk of hair. Chicken bacon & ranch pizza My daughter and grandson both got very sick. They were the only ones that ate the chicken bacon ranch pizza in the evening around 9.
