Pizza from Papa Murphy’s, 2 people (both 60 plus) got extreme “water diarrhea” which began on Tuesday, January 28th 2019 and today, Tuesday February 5th, it is still very active. With quite a bit of nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
