Sunday Tesco sausage roll I ate the sausage roll and then approximately 3 hours later was sick. I have had extreme diarrhoea for four days and have been off of work for 3 days. Ate a single sausage roll and less than 2 hrs after the vomiting started. This is the worst food poisoning I've ever had - we had to pull over at the side of the road 5 times on the way home and stop at services twice.
