Boyfriend and I went for lunch on 4/20/18. Both had caesar salad with chicken (before we knew about the national recall for

Bought chicken asiago meal for lunch. A couple of hours after eating meal I felt nausious and had to go to the bathroom several times. My son had a chicken sandwich and said he threw up. All I had was a small serving of their deconstructed Caesar salad and croutons. I had a small handful of romaine lettuce, croutons and about 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing. I got the southwest chicken salad. It had romaine in it. Didn't even think about it until I started feeling feverish, vomiting, and severe stomach pain. Bad thing is the lettuce was recalled and they were still selling the salads.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

Had the salad for lunch around 12-1p, experienced severe food poisoning by 11pm that evening. Next day on Panera website was a romaine lettuce recall (an ingredient in my salad). I've been out of work for 2 days and have a lingering stomach ache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Haven't confirmed with a doctor yet but I've been vomiting and experiencing non stop diarrhea since Monday (it's now Thursday).
