Ate panera at work grilled chicken Cesar salad and like a garlic dressing on Monday had diarrhea Monday night. Didnt think anything of it. Ate the same thing Tuesday and have had bad diarrhea starting about an hour after I ate and it's going on 6 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Wednesday evening had a salad and chicken breast within 45 mins I was violently ill screaming in pain. Went to er and they said I had a bacteria in belly. I’ve taken all antibiotics and I’m still passing blood  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate lunch at 12:30pm, was violently ill by 1am. Went to sleep with a stomach ache, didn’t eat much for dinner since I had already began to feel sick. Had a salad and shared fries with friend - friend also got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
