Bought a small, compact container of potato salad from the deli. Had some for a late lunch, maybe fifteen minutes after eating. Roughly three hours later went directly to the bathroom with tremendous abdominal pain and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ate my salad and about an hour or so later I had gotten uncomfortable pain, gurgling and gas in my intestines which then turned into diarrhea while shopping. 15 hours later I still have aching and gurgling intestines, headache and nausea.
