Eu pedi uma tigela de carnitas com arroz branco, feijão preto, salsa suave, creme azedo, queijo e alface. O servidor #1 perguntou ao servidor #2 se ela ainda estava se sentindo doente enquanto preparava minha comida. Comecei a ter cãibras dentro de uma hora e fiz várias viagens ao banheiro. This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea
