I had a pizza with pepperoni and black olives. A couple hours after eating I got stomach cramps, then threw up and had diarrhea. It happened on a sat and it’s Monday now, and still feeling sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps

I ordered a carnitas bowl with white rice black beans mild salsa sour cream cheese and lettuce. Server #1 asked server #2 if she was still feeling sick while preparing my food I started getting cramps within a hour and have made mutiple trips to the bathroom. Have a sour stomach and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache

This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Had a bowl with chicken, white rice, cheese, lettuce (which still had dirt on it), tomato salsa-mild stuff, and guacamole. I was the only one to eat the guac and tomato salsa and I was the only one to get sick!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
