J'ai commandé un bol de carnitas avec du riz blanc, des haricots noirs, de la salsa douce, du fromage à la crème sure et de la laitue. Le serveur #1 a demandé au serveur #2 si elle se sentait encore malade en préparant ma nourriture J'ai commencé à avoir des crampes en moins d'une heure et j'ai fait de multiples voyages aux toilettes. This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée
