This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had a bowl with chicken, white rice, cheese, lettuce (which still had dirt on it), tomato salsa-mild stuff, and guacamole. I was the only one to eat the guac and tomato salsa and I was the only one to get sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
