Pedí un tazón de carnitas con arroz blanco, frijoles negros, salsa suave, queso crema agria y lechuga. El servidor #1 le preguntó al servidor #2 si todavía se sentía enferma mientras preparaba mi comida. Empecé a tener calambres en una hora y he hecho varios viajes al baño. This has happened several times. When I order sausage I get sick 8 out of 10 times only at McDonalds. This morning around 7:00 a.m. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I became very sick by noon with diarrhea and nausea. I need to never go there again.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea

Had a bowl with chicken, white rice, cheese, lettuce (which still had dirt on it), tomato salsa-mild stuff, and guacamole. I was the only one to eat the guac and tomato salsa and I was the only one to get sick!  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
