I had chipotle in Las Vegas last Friday. I had chicken salad. After that I got really nauseous .. I had to go to the bathroom to throw up all I ate, the rest of the night I was sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had the rice bowl with barbacoa meat, sour cream, mild salsa and added Guacamole. I also had an iced tea. Felt very bloated midway through the meal and threw up an hour later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloating
