I ate at around 12:40 on March 12 . I had a chicken bowl with black beans, tomato and corn salsa, grilled onions with bell peppers, sour cream and cheese. My stomachs became upset about 15 minutes after eating with severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My daughter and I shared the bowl, but she was fine, so I'm thinking it was the guac, bc she doesn't eat any but I did get some. I'm not taking my family back there again, i'm done.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I ate a burrito bowl. About 2 hours later I laid down for bed and felt nauseous, I went to the bathroom and I threw it up. Exactly what was in the bowl, is what I threw up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

We eat at chipotle in Saugus MA around 2pm and now 8pm I felling very sick. Nausea and diarrea. I eat at chipotle once or two every month. Salad bowl with brow rice, pinto beans, steak and barbacoa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. I may need to see a doctor if not better in couple hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
