I hate a chicken burrito bowl on Friday March 1st 2019. In my burrito bowl i had white and brown rice, chicken, fajita vegetables, mild sauce, corn, sour cream and lettuce. I got a chicken bowl last night in the evening at 9pm. Couple hours was bloated and gassy the whole night. Stomach was in pain and couldn’t sleep. Mild fever, body aches, fatigue, sore throat, etc  | Symptoms: Fever, Gas, Body Ache, Cramps, Bloating, Fatigue, Soreness, Sore Throat

Ate a barbarcoa burrito bowl around 12:30. Had to leave work at 5 because I threw up twice out of nowhere. Nauseous and vomiting unable to keep anything down until midnight or so. Still extremely nauseous this morning. Never eating chipotle again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
