Ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita, chicken, pico de gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce for dinner. The next day at noon, I became nauseous and was not eating. Diarrhea and a fever kicked in.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My husband got the exact same thing as me but he didn't get sick b/c he asked for the peppers on the side for our toddler (thank goodness she was sleeping when he got home). So it seems that it was the grilled peppers.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
