Bit into something hard. Spit out immediately on paper napkin then found a sharp small glass pebble! I had a vegetarian salad bowl which included only lettuce, black beans, sour cream and guacamole.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate three hard shell chicken tacos at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15. At 3 a.m. I woke up and was violently ill. Then I had a second episode at 5:30 a.m. I was on the couch all day and night Saturday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate Thursday 12/14/2017. I ordered a chicken taco and a side of guacamole and chips. That evening I felt nauseous and I went to sleep. Woke up with massive diarrhea and vomiting at the same time.
