Got McDonald's via Ubereats yesterday, had a McChicken with fries. Fell asleep and when I woke up I had diarrhea, nausea and horrible gas. Woke up 7AM, still very gassy and nauseous, feeling like I might vomit soon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
