Sunday March 15th got one of the new brown sugar bacon sandwiches. I started vomiting not hours later. I am assuming it was negligent washing of the lettuce on my sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, large curly fries, and a 5pc jalapeño bites. I woke up at around 3AM with terrible stomach pain and nausea and I ended spending the whole night vomiting and hunched over  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
