I had the Beyond Meat Orange Chicken with rice and had diarrhea the next day all day. I had gotten a free included meal and had the Eggplant Tofu with rice and feel fine today, so it was definitely the Beyond Meat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Decided to use the app to get the beyond chicken and fried rice bowl with a fire chicken breast and chow mein. By midnight i was on the toilet with nauseating stomach pain. Had diarrhea and now im feeling a bit better. Didnt eat anything else that could of caused this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
