I shared the big appetizer with a friend, it had fried guacamole, mozzarella sticks, chips with spinach dip and buffalo wings.
My stomach was bloated that night then the next day, bloated with nausea, migraine and vomiting.
My friend had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Migraine

On Sunday night 7/30/17 I had fish and chips there. Approximately 2 hours later I became violently ill, I was vomiting at least once an hour through out the night until 10am Monday morning. It is now Tuesday morning and I still feel poorly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at BJ's around 1:30 pm. I ordered calamari appetizer as my entree. An hour after leaving I started feeling nauseous. I rested for a while, and 90 minutes later had projectile vomiting. Two hours after vomiting, I am starting to feel better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
