Spicy nuggets from Burger King. The burger king I go to doesn't have the best staff but I go there frequently. This is the first time I've felt like this after eating there. An hour after ordering I had indigestion. 2 hours I felt gassy and sickly. Now it's coming from both ends.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Migraine, Indigestion

They were out of fries, so I ordered onion rings, classic chicken sandwich, whopper jr. with cheese, and a chocolate milkshake. Started feeling ill after about half of the shake, I have no food allergies. Up all night with stomach cramps, and additional cramps and diarrhea the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Got a whopper for lunch today (March 6) per the Whopper Wednesday deal (approx 1:30pm).
When I sat down later for dinner, I was feeling terrible and couldn’t eat with a low grade fever and stomach cramps. So.much.diarrhea to follow for the evening. Hoping it slows soon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
