Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Chicken salad with greek vinagrete from Cava
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: 2nd time I get food poisoning from this Cava restaurant this year. I'll never eat here again

I always go to Cava, fun fact its actually my weekly ritual for myself and my pregnant wife but never again. I ordered two nights ago, ate, went to bed and the following afternoon projectile vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
