I ate a bowl of Cheerios with milk fresh strawberries, and within about 3-4 hours I was nauseous, and had diarrhea and began vomiting.
I thought it may be the strawberries, but after reading the entry from Charlottesville, I'm pretty sure it was the Cheerios, as the symptoms were identical.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

This past Monday my 8 year vomiting three times and had stomach pains. I couldn’t figure out what it was but she did have Cheerios Family size box. She has it almost every day. I had Cheerios for breakfast. I never eat cereal and by dinner time I had an excursiating headache. I literally wanted to take a hammer to my head. I then proceeded to throw up multiple times. Worse feeling I've ever had.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
