Had spicy chicken sandwich, chicken noodle soup and banana frosty at 830pm. Everything tasted great. Woke up 0700 with sever abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea lasting through about 5pm now so far. I tried to call chick fil a to alert them but it was sunday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate Chick-fil-A fries, and I’ve been sick. Nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain. I also had a fruit cup. It was the NW Expwy location in Oklahoma City, OK. Ate the Cobb Salad w/ Nuggets and a Powerade on Saturday, by late Sunday night I felt strong nausea, which turned into vomiting. From 11 PM to 8 AM Monday morning, I vomited once every hour.
