I got the chicken burrito with rice, guacamole, and tomatillo salsa. I ate around 8:30 pm and woke up around 3 am feeing nauseous… I have felt nauseous since and have had diarrhea… I still feel that way and it is 6 pm the next day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

My daughter ordered a kids meal with chicken and soft tacos as well as the rice. She began vomiting a few hours after, and stopped once her stomach was empty. No other symptoms to indicate a stomach virus or such  | Symptoms: Vomiting

this was the only thing I ate that day and I am so sick with vomiting and horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Headed to the er because I am so dehydrated and can’t stop going to the bathroom and vomiting.
