I ate a chipotle chicken bowl with lettuce, black beans, white rice, veggies, sour cream, & chimichurri. I projectile vomitted twice. Prior to, I became lethargic, dizzy, and extremely nauseated. Ordered a burrito last night: chicken, beans, cheese, corn, sour cream, green salsa. At 1am woke up with severe diarrhea, heart burn, vomiting, nausea, horrible chipotle burps, chills and fever.
