We were food poisoned from this store the other day. Our family of 5 had stomach issues and vomiting. Additionally, my in-laws recently had the same experience. The staff seemed to be a little lackluster when serving. Not sure what the issue is but strongly believe their food was the cause.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Yesterday was my birthday so I decided to order from the new location that was opened by my job. I ordered a Steak burrito and chicken burrito bowl with all the normal toppings minus the gauc. My boyfriend said his tasted a little off mine was gross, tasted sour. We are now both sick the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate something yesterday here and Whole Foods in Columbia, MD, Got sick today with diarrhea. I got diarrhea in 24 hours (today) --it could have been from a McDonalds (egg mcmuffin in Wheaton MD but I am more include to think it was from here or Whole Foods yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered a burrito bowl containing barbacoa, white rice, lettuce, sour cream and red salsa. Ate at 8:30pm, experienced stomach cramps, bloated and very uncomfortable within the next two hours. Stomach became more and more upset, been to the bathroom four times with diarrhea now. It's currently 3:55am.
