on 10/28/19, Purchased a bowl & salad with steak with the only common ingredient being steak.  About 20 minutes after eating had severe abdominal cramps & bloating, the diarrhea & vomiting & fever.    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating

Ate at there with my husband at about 6pm on 10/25/19. The only difference between our meals was that I had queso on my bowl. 3 hours later I begin a period of violent vomiting that lasted almost 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

The only thing I had yesterday, aside from breakfast was a burrito bowl from here at 8pm last night. It included pinto beans, chicken, fajita veggies, queso, sour cream, mild sauce, lettuce, and guac. I woke up this morning sick to my stomach, nauseous with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had not eaten all day other than teas, coffe and water. Got a Carne Asada burrito bowl with grilled veggies, corn, white rice, and guacamole.
