I ate a steak bowl yesterday 10/26/17. I got horrible stomach pains 2 hours after eating. After that I was in and out of the restroom the whole night. Today still dealing with severe stomach pain & diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I got a carna burrito bowl with brown rice, vegies, corn, lettuce, guac, sour cream, for lunch. I didnt even eat half and 2.5 hrs later I have severe stomach pains and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

A few hours after eating chicken tacos at chipotle I started getting very nauseous. I threw up and had diarrhea for about 3 hours. Then when I was done throwing up what I could see were the tacos, I felt better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
