Got a chicken burrito bowl for lunch yesterday, ate about 1pm was nauseous by 5pm vomitted after a bout of diarrhea. 1.5hrs later same thing, the burrito bowl was all I ate yesterday and just threw it all up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
