Had dinner approximately 7:30 p.m. I purchased 1 cheese and steak quesadilla approximately 10 p.m. severe stomach cramps and sweating 11:40 p.m. vomited twice and constant diarrhea I was at work when this occurred cramps are too much got a ride home  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

9 of us from 2 different households ate lunch together on July 26th at Chipotle. 4 of us vomitted within 8 hours, 6 had loose stools, and one only had a very bad headache. 36 hours later and the symptoms are mostly gone except nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache

Two hours after eating it was coming out of b*** e*** of me. I got a chicken bowl and my lady got a beef bowl so obviously the chicken was the issue since she was fine. 2 for 2 chipotle. Got violently ill in November, the last time I went. Can't say I'll be back again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
