Had dinner approximately 7:30 p.m. I purchased 1 cheese and steak quesadilla approximately 10 p.m. severe stomach cramps and sweating 11:40 p.m. vomited twice and constant diarrhea I was at work when this occurred cramps are too much got a ride home  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Two hours after eating it was coming out of b*** e*** of me. I got a chicken bowl and my lady got a beef bowl so obviously the chicken was the issue since she was fine. 2 for 2 chipotle. Got violently ill in November, the last time I went. Can't say I'll be back again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
