I ordered a steak burrito with brown rice, corn, hot salsa, cheese, and lettuce. This is a usual order of mine. I felt fine up until about an hour after I ate it. I was nauseous for 4 hours then ended up vomitting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a burrito with sofritas, rice, & sour cream at 8 pm. Woke up at 2 in the morning and threw up (a lot, very painfully) and threw up again when I woke up at 8 am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

At 12:30 pm I ate a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, and mild salsa. My husband had a chicken burrito with white rice. Starting around 6:30 pm we had cramps and diarrhea that lasted at least five hours. Our lunch at Chipotle was the only food we ate in common.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got a burrito with brown rice, steak & cheese (that's it). Ate it at night (nothing else). Got violently ill early next morning. Previously got sick from the same Chipotle New Years Eve (had chicken).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate there with a friend and only I got sick. The only difference between my food and my friend's was that I got sofritas. It took about 6 hours for symptoms to start.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
