Ate chipotle for lunch and at about 4:30 PM the symptoms started with stomach pain. By the next day, stomach pain had gotten worse, and I was going to the bathroom with diarrhea a lot. I ordered chips and queso and a bowl with Carne Asada. Immediately started to feel ill and it gradually got worse.
