Ordered Chuy’s on door dash. Vegetable enchiladas with deluxe tomatillo sauce. Guacamole and queso as well as salsa (red and creamy jalapeño). Symptoms started with stomach cramps 4-5 hours after eating. Woke up in the middle of the night and vomited with chills. It’s about 14 hours… See more
