8th may I ordered 4 pizza, 1 garlic bread and chicken wings. I ate pizza at 4:30 or 5 pm. Diarrhea and bloating started at night and still continuing, I got very sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating

On Monday 3rd May at 6pm

12pm - 6am I was on the toilet and also felt very sick, followed by hot and cold sweats. Had to take the following day off work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating

Both ate chicken in a pasta from there Both ordered pasta bowls with chicken in them (the only thing in common other than the Alfredo sauce) and both now have stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea
