Had the vanilla chai tea with almond milk and the beyond sausage sandwich along with a vegetable omelette turkey sandwich and about 2-3 hours after I have been feeling nauseous for the last 3 days that ended today with vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
